Clover Park, situated at Gunning in Southern NSW, is undoubtedly one of the most pre-eminent Greyhound Training, Rearing and Breeding facilities, anywhere in the world, and is home to Clover Park Racing Group and Champion Trainer's, Andy and Jodie Lord, as well as their daughter Hayley Gilbert, who is also fast making a name for herself as a Metropolitan winning mentor.
Andy and Jodie have been perfecting their craft for more than 30 years and during that time, they have won numerous GRNSW and Wentworth Park, Trainer of the Year titles, whilst compiling a CV that now holds more than 60 Group race victories and in excess of 25 Track Record holders. Their first victory at G1 level came in the 2004 National Sprint Championship when In For Life was successful, and since then, they have prepared literally thousands of winners including the champion sprinter, She's A Pearl, winner of teh Million Dollar Chase, the Group 1 Golden Easter Egg and more than $1.7m in prizemoney.
Nestled over 40 acres, Clover Park has been purpose built by Andy and includes Racing and Breeding kennels; automated Sprint Runs; Rearing yards and kennels; and the jewel in the crown, the 420m Straight Track with two varying distances, mechanical lure operations and state-of-the-art digital timing. Animal welfare is paramount at Clover Park with greyhounds of all ages receiving the very best in veterinary care, food, and facilities (not to mention, plenty of TLC).
